For Worldwide Orders:
Free shipping for products sent from China Warehouse. In some cases an additional delivery fee may be required for remote or isolated areas, or extra large or heavy items and we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Handling time: 1 - 2 working days once payment is cleared.
Delivery Time: Except for those with longer shipping time specified in product page, delivery time is usually 5-9 working days to most metro address in Worldwide, and extra days to a rural address.
Product will be sent by fully tracked parcels from China. If a order containing items in different locations, we will split the order and send those products separately and the buyer will be updated with two or more tracking numbers.
For orders shipped from China, CJpacket will be the carrier and parcels will be delivered by Australia Post, USPS+ or DHL once landing in Worldwide.
